What is the update for the 2024 Ram 3500?
What are the changes in the Ram 3500 2023?
It's a very important question for a lot of people, especially if they already have a factory-equipped Ram 3500. Well, we're here to answer it, and to also update you on the latest changes.
Here is everything you need to know about the Ram 3500 2023: Changes from the previous model. The biggest change in the Ram 3500 is its engine. It now has the 3.6-liter V6 powertrain. It is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. The Ram 3500 can be had with either a 6-speed manual or the 10-speed automatic transmission.
In addition to the engine change, the 3500 also received other upgrades as well, including different front and rear bumpers, different taillights, and different side steps. The 2025 Ram 3500 is lighter than before. This is due to a new platform that's more rigid than the previous one. The Ram 3500 weighs 4,000 lbs (about 1,800 kg).
As for the exterior, it features different lighting and a new grille. When it comes to the interior, the Ram 3500 gets a similar trim as before, but with some minor changes. It also has different upholstery.
2018 Ram 3500 features. All-new V6 engine. Available with either 6-speed manual or 10-speed automatic transmission. Up to an 11,000-pound (5,076 kg) towing capacity. Standard 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Advanced driver-assist technology. Optional trailer sway control. Power reclining seats. The Ram 3500 will be available in both Crew Cab and King Cab configurations. It will also be available in three different trim levels: Laredo Crew Cab. Laredo Crew Cab 44 TRD Pro. There is no release date yet, but Ram will show off the Ram 3500 at the New York Auto Show. We expect to see it in dealerships sometime in the first quarter of 2025.

What is the difference between the 2024 and 2023 Ram 3500?
My first impression was that it's a nice change from buying parts off Amazon.
However I looked at my original 2025 and now with the new model it appears to have even more room in the box/trunk. This was a big change since the 2025 was only a few millimeters wider and a bit taller than the original. It's about 20-50 gb lighter. If I ever needed it the whole thing including wheels and hitch is in the back seat.
I'm very happy with it so far though I haven't started my driving adventures with it yet. Also why the upgrade to a "4. Do the new axles come standard? How has your driving experience been? Any comments about the quality of these new trucks would be appreciated, I'm leaning toward Ram because of the extra space in the box/trunk and better steering.
We are about 6 weeks into our 2025 Ram 1500 test drive. I didn't need for anything but some more room in the truck and to see how the new truck feels in comparison to the old. To me there was just an added bonus to having the longer wheel base, I've found it easier to maneuver at times when turning in and out of spots, not as much. That was the big difference compared to the F150 I had before which was much easier to get in and out of tight spaces. Overall I'm very pleased with our choice of truck and it feels like a true Ram pickup.
The best thing to use for comparing Ram 2500s (if you want to, though only if you drive 2500s or 2500s and can give it a fair shake) is a "best buy" or consumer report. It'll tell you how much the new trucks cost to buy, how well they run, how well built they are, what kind of warranties the manufacturers offer, etc. If you already drove 2500s before, try your new truck in the same situation. If the new truck handles better, but also has more engine noise or less braking noise, etc., then you may or may not be willing to pay more money for the new truck.
What is the update for the 2024 Ram 3500?
I hear that it may be getting a new engine in the future. Can you elaborate on that?
If you mean about the 5.7L that's not the current engine used in Ram 3500. It is a very new engine in the truck line and it does appear to be available in some Ram 1500s now. A while back it was said they had a test truck running but it is not mentioned on the website or anywhere I can find.

It would be the new 5.7L that may affect those who were looking at the 3500 in the future. However, even if they do bring the new 5.7L in the 3500, there would be no real reason to switch over because it is not a huge gain in power. For most 3500 buyers, it wouldn't make a difference. They might not like the fact that the new truck would have 8 cylinders.

Well, when you're selling a product, you want to keep improving on the current one. I think the 5.7L makes sense, but I'm really curious what those people who are asking the question are talking about.
What they are saying is that GM took the opportunity to add the new 5.7L to the 2500 and 3500 series as a way to attract more potential truck buyers. They said if they were going to spend money in improving the current truck line, why not use it to attract more truck buyers and not just truck drivers. The idea is to get people who haven't been considered as "truck buyers" to go looking for a truck because of the power.
Well, I am not sure what you mean by made in Mexico.
How much is the 2023 Ram 3500 heavy duty?
What's the difference between the 40.00. And is the "4K-SCT" a new model or an upgraded model?
For a price in line with your budget and intended use, the 2025 Ram 3500 HD comes with 2.25miles of range at 80mph. You'll get a whopping 300Wh per hour for the range charge, so you could drive 200km one charge.
I don't know what you'd call the model - it's the same thing with other makes: a standard HD or heavy duty truck is called something like the 3500HD; you then have the HD40 which is about 10mm taller than the standard model but otherwise the same width as the 3500HD but with more robust tyres, higher ground clearance etc. The new 4k variant is presumably the same HD but with a bunch of updates like different bumpers (I can see a very obvious difference to the 4k variant), maybe some interior updates and some upgrades such as possibly more power for the engine.
