While diesel engines still rule in some areas of the market and there are plenty of trucks available with the most powerful Cummins motor, you're unlikely to see any truckmaker selling such a heavy truck outfitted with this motor. As to when this will arrive at your local dealer in the USA? The report says this engine could debut as soon as 2025, so we'll have to see. But assuming this engine does make its debut in 2025, it looks as though it will likely bring an increase in power, torque and even weight.

1 I hope they get good gas mileage though I've been very disappointed by the gas mileage on them. The truck itself is really great, but the engine seems to have had their own agenda and if the gas mileage sucked then everyone else would have to take notice. It wasn't always a bad thing in the past and I hope it comes back.

I'm so confused. Which 2025 is the best one? The new one or the older one? If you bought this car then why did you buy the new one? You must have had a reason for buying it in the first place, that is unless the original owner was crazy.

If anyone wants to buy a 2025 Ram 3500 I'll be selling mine, as it has a crack on the wheel, and some chips/gunk in the paint, plus the stereo seems to have died when we had to replace the battery and the key. I can send you all a few photos if you want. Thanks! The new Ram 3500 is the only option for now. All our dealerships have both variants, so don't worry about it. They all look pretty much the same, especially the rear end.

At your next trip over to the dealer, take a walk around the truck and look at the spec's.

If you want to lease, try and get the highest mileage and best interest rate. If you can't go for the least amount that the dealer will give you, go out and buy the most.

If you're going for the lease program with an option on new truck, get the dealer down for a "walk around" look-see. They'll have to tell you the list price for it and what your options are.

There's lots of deals to be found here in the classifieds section. They'll work you a deal if you know how to talk to them. And they'll tell you if you can take out the options without loosing money.

The best deal would be a 4. A 5. They also do 2WD with 10K miles.
