This is a discussion on ? within the Automotive News - Canada & World forums, part of the Team Chevy - General Discussion category; With all due respect, you don't know what you're talking about, especially when it comes to trucks. Not that I agree with your choice, but just because one country has a certain vehicle doesn't mean that it's superior. It could be a matter of taste.
I'd say Japan. Their vehicles are more refined and aesthetically pleasing than anything in North America.
And we have some nice trucks. Even a Ford Taurus SE.
I would say Germany. They make great SUVs and crossovers. The E-Class is excellent. Even the Audi A6 is very nice. But they don't make that many good trucks. The F-150 and GMC aren't even close. In the US, GM is going to make trucks again, but they'll still suck.
I would say Japan. I don't think there's a truck in Germany that can even hold a candle to the 5.3 in a Dodge Ram. And Toyota makes a truck (the Tundra) that's pretty close to that in the USWhich country makes the best trucks?

I don't want to get too far into comparing them, because that's a whole other story. I only want to list the best of the best and explain why they are the best.
So the answer is this: What's the best lorry? It's the one you need. As a reminder, my research for this article has involved going through many lorries and talking to people who work with them. After having come up with my own view of the top 10 lorries, and then doing some interviews to find out if these were indeed the best in the world, I got a few answers back that really stuck out. Not everyone agreed with my choices, but it was important to include them all in this article. It was just so many good responses that I wanted to share.
