I'd recommend that you get in touch with their Customer Services team directly by calling their 24/7 number on 0800 111 999. If you need more urgent assistance, then I'd suggest contacting your local Citizens' Advice Bureau who may be able to assist you further.

I'm afraid I can't provide any more information without knowing how you've tried to contact them - what method of contact did you use, did you speak to a human being, a machine etc? I suggest that you call them again - if you're able to speak to a human being, then ask them if they're still having trouble reaching you. If they are, then they may be able to assist you further.
