How to cancel Admiral car insurance UK?
Answered. I would be happy to cancel Admiral insurance UK as I want to change my car insurance policy and there will be a gap which will be covered by other insurer. However, it would be good if I have some money in my Admiral customer account ( I have been paying it for the past 10 years, but I have a month left to pay the final installment). What can I do? 2. Should I wait till I miss a payment and then contact the company who is going to cover the final installment? Or should I just stop paying at the moment?3. What are the legal consequences of stopping paying? Any fines/penalty etc?I am from India.thanks.
Hi, I would do what you said and try cancelling it. If you cannot afford the final instalment why not leave the contract for few months? You will probably be charged a late fee though which I would dispute if the final payment is not made, I think I remember it coming to about 100 at least once? Also you could go for a one month or 3 month discount if you ask.
My parents' current insurance provider offers a discount if they pay for 3 months. So they would be likely to offer that as well. I don't think Admiral will take you to court over an unpaid premium if you request a one-off or 3-month deferral.
There isn't going to be a direct cashout of any funds from your bank, so you can't go to your branch and arrange that. I believe they would give you a letter directing them to transfer any money out of your bank account. That happens on the 24th of each month. I don't know whether the final payment can be transferred into that time, but if not, Admiral has the right to try and claim that money.
However, you can do your own bank transfer, rather than relying on Admiral to send money at the right time. I'd advise the minimum payment on their behalf and try to get the money into their account before 24th to avoid fees, but you would need the money up front for them to authorise the transfer. The last date I can see where you can complete a transfer online is 18th December 2024.
If you are still thinking of leaving the company, I suggest paying the insurance off a little at a time instead of it all at once.
What is the phone number for Admiral 0800?

0800 number, 0845 numbers, 0860 numbers and 0870 numbers - What is the difference between them? The first two are the most common 08xx numbers, used by the majority of mobile phone network operators. They are very popular numbers and it's unlikely that you will be charged for placing a call to one. Most people place a call to one when they don't know what number to dial and end up at 0815, 0816, or 0821.
08xx numbers have an x in the last three digits (where x could be anything). This is so the number doesn't appear as 08xxxxxxx on caller display.
Another advantage of using these numbers is they are not listed on the internet but can be called freely. They are typically the only way to dial out internationally.
If you have an old Nokia mobile phone you might find you can access the internet with its mobile phone features (eg email) using the 0870 numbers. These numbers typically have a different suffix from the 08xx numbers and may look something like: 087xxxxxxxx.
The final 08xx number is used exclusively by BT Mobile. While this may be a useful number to use if you are calling your mobile provider from outside of the UK, the fact that they are listed publicly makes them a target number for pranksters. You can check for 0870 numbers here.
A telephone call to the above number cost 7 pence per minute, whereas the same call to a 08xx number would have cost 0.50. There is no longer any free roaming deal with BT (see below for the difference), with incoming calls costing 4 a month (7p per minute) and outgoing calls 1 a month (7p per minute). 0871 numbers aren't available for free on Vodafone.
Admiral 0880 number - what is the difference between 087 and 0840 numbers? These numbers (which are often just known as 0880) are reserved for a mobile network operator's 0800 numbers. In this case it is 02.
Is Admiral 0333 number free?
My boyfriend has a cell phone number (not mobile) and when I dial the number and press send I get a message saying Admiral 0333 has been blocked from using the phone. He said he gave the phone to a friend in the past but I don't know what number is on it now, can anyone help? Re: Admiral 0333 number free? Hi T.L.,
The way we are going to see it, in our opinion, is that your boyfriend's phone is not blocked or blocked for him. It's blocked for someone else. Maybe he can call the number and see who it is for him?
Hello. Admiral 0333 is not free. I called this number and it was a foreign country code. I don't think it is free.
If your boyfriend wants to get a new phone with a different phone number, then it will have to be paid. My son's phone number also has a different number and that was also a foreign country code. I think your boyfriend's phone number is blocked for some reason. If you want to see the number for him, then you can get his phone number from the phone company. Then call the number and see who it is for him. If you are able to find out what the phone number is, then I suggest that he gets another phone number for himself, just so that he doesn't have to pay for a new phone.
That may be the case. If it was blocked for him, then he can not call the number and check who it is for him. I would suggest that he gets a new phone number for himself. I hope that helps!
My husband is at war, and I would like to know if it's possible to transfer his phone number to my SIM card. My current provider is giving me no information about the previous number. I don't care about the number as I'm not calling the number, but I just want to be able to use his phone in another SIM card.
Yes, you can transfer the number to your SIM card. I would suggest that you call your provider and talk to them about this. Sometimes you can do this without paying any fees.
