What is the best used car for under 10,000?

What is the best used car for under 10,000?

What is the most reliable used car for under 10,000?

What is the most reliable used car for under 10,000? The most reliable car for under 10,000 is a Ford Fiesta. The list price for a base Fiesta 1.0 petrol is 8,500 (ex. VAT) and you can get a used one for around 5,000.

This is the most reliable car for under 10,000 because it's cheap and because its reliability is outstanding. In the UK, Ford Fiestas have a reputation for being reliable. It's not a perfect system though. If you want a little more power, a small lump of metal costs more than a brand new Fiesta. For less than 9,000, you can buy a 2.0 petrol and get about 10,000 worth of power.

The second most reliable car is the Volvo S40 1.6 D2. The list price is 12,090 (ex. VAT) and you can buy a used one for about 8,500. The S40 is just as good as the Ford Fiesta but costs more.

The third most reliable car is the Citroen C1 1.6 DS 3D. It costs 11,000 (ex. VAT) and you can get a used one for around 8,000. The C1 is also very reliable but it costs a bit more than the S40 and has a reputation for making people ill.

There are many other cars that are quite reliable, but they're not in the top three. You'll be able to find a better car for less than 10,000 if you look around for used cars.

The most reliable car for 10,001-15,000. In this range, there are many more reliable cars than unreliable ones. There's also more choice. If you're willing to pay a bit more, you'll find a much better car than a cheaper one.

What is the best used car for under 10,000?

Hello. Hi all. I need some advice on whether I should buy a used car. It would be a 2023 Toyota Avensis for 8k. There's not much that's wrong with the car apart from a few scratches on the bonnet and a few dents, if I find a good deal. However, I'm worried that I'll find it a hassle to maintain (it has 2 keys), and that it could cost more in repairs than I expect. Is this a bad deal? Should I instead look for something like a Ford Fiesta for that price, or will it not be as reliable? Would you still buy a car for 8k - or is that too cheap? Thank you for any advice!

Comments. You can get a good car for under 10K, but they don't come around very often. I bought a 2023 Suzuki Jimny for 9,100 in 2023 and it is still going strong. I have had it done up since, but I never put money into it until about a year ago, when I bought a new engine and clutch kit. It now costs about 400 per year, which is pretty cheap.

I also have a 1999 Kia P'ointer for just over 9K that has also survived me. If you're looking for reliability and low maintenance it's worth a look.

I think that most of us here would agree that it's a bit of a waste to pay more for a new car that will be expensive to maintain, particularly one with an engine that's already been rebuilt once. I think that it's hard to justify paying more for a new car when you can easily find a nice quality used car for under 10K. This would be my advice for anyone considering a used car.

You're right, but if you take good care of your car, then even a poor quality used car will last you a very long time. The average used car has about 30,000 miles on the clock, so that's 5 years. Even a really crappy car will run for at least 2 years before something breaks. You can keep your MOT until you're 120, so that's 10 years or 20 years in total.
