Can you order 2023 Ram trucks?
What colors do the new Ram trucks come in?
They say they'll be "coming soon." The only color photo that appears on the website is black. Has anyone seen a new Ram truck in a magazine? Maybe when they're going to release them for sale. Is it black? What about the bed and bedside rails? What about colors other than black for exterior trim? The new trucks that have been released as concept vehicles, such as the Silverado HD in 2023 and the Silverado 1500 in 2023, come in a couple of colors. Black, silver, or a red called Ruby Red, depending on which concept vehicle you look at.
Are we ever going to see a new version of a Ram 2500HD without the bed side rails and maybe a new version of the 2500 with the bed side rails? Also, I am wondering why they are going to use a black paint job on the new trucks when a lot of trucks and SUVs don't come in black anymore like their old trucks. I personally think I'd go with black bedside rails/trim like that Silverado concept, if I was a decision maker for a GM plant. And if there were two colors in the same family, I'd take "Black" (for what's important; not what's visually dominant) over that "black with a touch of silver".
For the last few years, I haven't seen any Ram 1500s being painted. And many new truck colors in previous years' showrooms did not have black in them. Also, black is a dominant color in the modern truck market, especially here in Western Canada where snow comes early and it stays late.
The Ram 1500 will be black until someone orders a truck with "something else" in the cab (ie, no black interior). A quick search on Google images reveals the new Ram 1500 will come in black, Silver, and Dark Sandstone Grey.
What colors are on 2023 Ram?
Hey guys, my dad is getting the new truck and I am looking at color options. We are looking for a silver interior with black trim and my dad wants black interior with white trim. If I am missing anything please let me know. Thanks guys.
I really like the way it looks. The only thing I would change is the color on the tailgate. The bottom one is black and the top one is white. You should have the bottom one be white and the top one be silver. It looks much better that way.
I'd also recommend the same color as the exterior of the truck, as well. Agreed. When I was looking at the new Ram 1500, the base silver with black interior was my favorite color combination. Unfortunately, they will only be offering black interiors with the Silver/Black combo, which sucks.
They do have the new color combo for the Ram 1500 4x4 crew cab but it's called "Sand" and it's black exterior with white interior. I'm sure you can find a couple of other options for the 1500 as well.
I'm not going to lie, the last time I drove a truck (in 2005) I always hated the color black. It was too dark and didn't have much personality. I didn't care much for the black interior either.
However, after driving the Ram 1500 for a year or so now, I've really grown to like black.
What are the changes for the Ram 2500 in 2023?
The changes to the Ram 2500 engine are a welcome improvement. Most obvious is the larger-displacement, 2.7L Cummins L9 engine with 6V71 transmission, a new six-speed manual or ZF's nine-speed automatic and the most power-efficient diesel engine ever produced.
While the current Cummins Power X Series and GM's Duramax 6.6-liter engines remain available, GM dropped the 6.0-liter Duramax diesel from the Ram Heavy Duty lineup as part of the restructuring. However, buyers have the option of putting the 6.6-liter Cummins into a Ram 5400 Heavy Duty.
The 6.7L EcoDiesel V8 and 5.7L V8 will continue to appear on some models. But the only current-production 6.6-liter EcoDiesel is still in the Heavy Duty lineup in its most potent form at 420 horsepower, 620 lb.-ft. Of torque. For 2023, the 2023 model year, it can tow up to 8,900 pounds with the trailer brakes engaged or 8,200 with trailer brakes off and will do 15 city miles on each gallon of diesel. The 2023 model year pickup's EPA rating will match the 9 mpg rating for gasoline.
For 2023, Ford Motor Co.'s 2.7-liter EcoBoost gets even bigger and gets an intercooler to make the motor more power and more efficient. Ford predicts the 2.7-liter EcoBoost has more than 50 horsepower per liter, which is 30 percent greater than the current 2. The motor will get better fuel economy because it uses more air and better EGR control will keep its engine size and power gains from growing and shrinking depending on the needs of the pickup's electronic throttle system, VAS or other power sources. This new engine is also about 10 pounds lighter than the current one.
The 3.5-liter V6 may also get replaced with a plug-in electric vehicle (PEV) drivetrain that can be plugged into the wall to use juice provided by any utility provider, not just an electric grid. Ford says the PEV will be able to cover between 50 and 250 miles per day on its electric range. Ford won't confirm anything yet but says it is actively working on the project and has already tested driveability of a vehicle with the powertrain.

I have the right size
I have an old truck in a barn with no brakes, 4 wheels and a frame. If it were on a concrete surface im sure it would handle the pull. I don't own the vehicle just have some random guy wanting to have her as his truck.
What kind of price tag does your project cost per year? How fast can you move a body off-site? What size are you looking for? Any parts for it and then where is it being taken (if the latter)? You can order 2023 in every color that was ever made up to 2023. If that's any indication of how they will carry through.
Also, yes, you can order any 2023, unless you'd like something very rare, such as the new, 2023, or even earlier. The later years, the 2014-2016s, you'd be ordering about as late as one can still order it.
Quote: I got the frame outta the barn with a bunch of body problems to go with it and i'm planning on getting more frames and parts from the barn when needed, i've got the axle shafts that I need on hand and some other misc odds and ends. Then, you may need to remove some stuff first. Make an "as-is" determination of what's worth keeping. And you are able to save youself all that trouble?
The rest of the components will go in a scrapyard after i'm done. There's one more question for you to consider too. The frame in the barn has been sitting there since the day it was parked in the parking lot of the hospital with wheels turned up that first day and I figure there's still oil in the bottom of the transmission. The car never been taken in as a "garage find". Now for me i'd rather have as many extras as I could get but I got two choices of the frame, one that's pretty beat up and the other that's solid. Is one of those better for rebuilding?
I have a solid frame sitting under the shop, I've been working on it. I'm just doing work on it, like making sure it's good. Not just cleaning everything up.
