So I have a 2025 Jeep Rubicon hemi 4.7 with 37,000 miles and im in the market for a new motor. I know that the HP that the original motor is rated at comes out to be 381. With that said is there any truth to the rumor of this motor being made on a new hemi 5.7 liter thats as good or better than the 5.3 liter? If its possible I want to buy it from a reputable place that will let me do my own conversion but I dont want the motor destroyed if it was built wrong. Is there any truth to this? How would I figure how many cubic inches a motor built for my engine is if I have a 4.7 liter rather than the 5. Also the oiling is done by the lifters, is this just an average set up if I can do my own conversion? thanks for any info.
I think they are still making them, just under the hood of course. The 5.7 is better IMO, It puts out more HP than the 4.7 and is a little more torque than that.3 has an internal camshaft, while the 5.7 has external cams. The 5.7 has all the advantages of all the others in my opinion, more HP and torque and better handling.

Look at the camshaft, crankshaft, drivetrain. If they don't run smoothly, how do you get them to work at a higher horsepower level? In the process of this article, I've been able to answer my own questions, but it will take some time to explain, so if you want the answers, go with me through this article. 7 V8 Hemi Fast? Let's start with a simple question. Does a Hemi engine run faster than a factory-engine? Ahem, no. The answers to that question is that a hemistroke is not going to make your car go faster. And to make sure that you don't miss the mark when answering, I must say that there are times that a Hemi will move the weight of the vehicle and you'll move it faster (if that's your goal), but as far as power, it's not going to have any noticeable difference.
And you know what? In many vehicles, adding power will probably do more harm than good. Look at the Corvette Z06 for example. Power adds weight and doesn't get it lighter. Instead, it tends to make it slow, even by itself.
