The car you know as the Ford Focus ST is one of several that are available to lease with the Ford Credit Easy Pay Lease, meaning the vehicle doesn't have to be owned by the leasing customer. In the case of these 'super economy cars' which don't have leather and the other niceties that come with a larger car, the term usually applied is a Focus ST-line - this was the company's term for the compact Ford.

However, when we looked to lease a Focus ST-line earlier this year, a common question was, what is it and where can I find out what a Focus ST-line is? Before we get into more detail, it's good to remember a few things before looking at Ford Focus ST-line: This is a very small volume model, only made in limited numbers every year. Most were sold before March or April and all have been driven for testing purposes. You should understand the car and the price point it fits into.

Most of them are already leased, so it might not make any difference how much you pay for it. What matters is how many miles are on the clock in the first instance. This should give you a good indication of what a Focus ST-line has been running and its price.

A few models did exist, but they were all leased prior to 2026. So you probably won't even be able to see them at the top of this page.

This is a 1.6-litre petrol engine - nothing special. In fact, the engine that has been in the most Focus ST-lines over the years is, of course, the 2.0 litre diesel which went out of production as the new model year ended.

The focus of this article is to show the cost of a Focus ST-line. That's not easy to calculate. However, if you understand the basics, it does make a lot of sense and at least tells you what the price of a Focus ST-line is - in addition to that, it gives you an idea of what you could achieve by driving a Focus ST-line rather than the more common Focus Hatch.

Hi I'm looking for more information on the durability of the 1.0 EcoBoost engines. Can anybody tell me how many miles are on a 1.

I've had my 2026 F-150 1.0 Ecoboost for about 18 months now, and I've put over 6,000 miles on it so far. I've had no major problems with it. It has a very strong V6 engine with a very smooth torque curve, plus all the torque feels more direct and powerful than a V6. The brakes and transmission have been very reliable.

The only thing I could think of is that since it has no oil coolers, the engine might suffer a little more heat than an engine with oil coolers. I've also noticed that the oil pan drains into the frame of the vehicle rather than a separate sump. I think this could add more heat to the engine. Other than that, it's been an excellent vehicle.

It had about 5000 miles on it when I purchased it. Since I've owned it, I've put a total of 6205 miles on it, of which I put 500 miles on it every weekend to keep it in good working order. I have no oil leaks, and no problems at all with the vehicle, other than I haven't had time to drive it hard enough to put the miles on it.

My experience with mine is exactly the same. I've only put on about 7,000 miles since I purchased it back in September 2026, and everything has been great.

Is the Ford Focus ST-line fast?

We've seen a lot of the Focus ST so far this year, and not all of it is good. As an example, I'm quite sure that there are at least two or three cars that look good, but will absolutely fall short once you get behind the wheel. And the same goes for the Focus ST-line.

Ford's official U. Website doesn't have a single photo of the Focus ST-line. And it looks like we're about to get some information on what's coming.

We'll let Ford know that the Focus ST-line is coming and see what they say. Until then, here's what we do know: the Focus ST-line will be sold in the U. And Canada, and it will come with a standard manual transmission. Pricing has not been revealed.
