What is the FOW quality standard?
The FOW quality standard specifies minimum qualities for fire-on-the-wall (FOW) fixtures. The quality standard will be applied to all fixtures manufactured after the date of the standard's publication and all fire-on-the-wall fittings distributed by Worton. Fixtures are considered to be fire-on-the-wall if they are supplied or sold with instructions or other documentation describing the installation method for fire-on-the-wall purposes. The standard covers fixtures for a range of applications in healthcare and commercial/industrial environments including general hospitals, acute care hospitals, community hospitals, ambulatory care clinics, critical care facilities, emergency departments, operating rooms, ancillary support spaces, dialysis centres, laboratories, intensive care units, operating theatres and veterinary environments.
Worton is committed to ensuring that FOW equipment complies with the recommended standard. Our products are engineered to meet certain quality standards. Quality standards have been defined by each country where these products are installed. While it is our goal to meet your expectations, there will sometimes be instances when a product will not meet the minimum requirements set by the relevant safety standards.
Do we guarantee our products? Yes, we do. Worton warrants our products against defects in material and workmanship, in normal use.

I own a brand new 2026 ford windstar. Just 3 days after driving it I experienced an engine fault where the engine stop working, The problem was engine oil leak. I called forfords service and my car was being fixed. But after 2 months the problem remains unsolved. I took my car to another shop and was told the same. So now I am thinking about buying another car. Can Ford be responsible for fixing my car?
Asked by Anonymous on September 15, 2026 at 10:45 AM. Ford would not be responsible if you were not driving the vehicle. It was the responsibility of the original owner or the person purchasing it. In the case of the latter, the dealership would charge you for the repairs on their contract with the new owner if you are at fault.
Anonymous - Consumer (2014) VSC 232556, 19 April 2026. The fuel light on our 2026 Windstar just came on. I tried to pull over to the side of the road, but I felt that the steering wheel felt off-center, so I turned the steering wheel to the left and I noticed that the car veered to the right. After turning the steering wheel back to the center position, the lights started to go out again, then it happened two more times. This never happened before.
