How do you find the blue book for an RV?

How do you find the blue book for an RV?

How do you find the blue book for an RV?

Ive looked on the internet but its a pain in the ass.

1) What do you know about an rv (battery voltage, number of batteries/plug-in, etc)? Is it just 2nd gen or what? 2) Do they call them "tents" because they're really large enough to "tent" something in (for instance a trailer/car/RV? Or, the opposite (like a tent for the house). 3) How are they rated (how can you tell which one is stronger/more water resistant)? Do they have specific classifications that are for specific purposes? The "tent" in my mind is really the general size, shape and shape that most often come in an "enclosure". That said, I'd be interested in knowing if it's possible to classify a tent into any given purpose. For instance, should a "sundrop tent" be used for a boat that isn't going to be used for many hours/days at a time (and only as you approach land)?

A few notes: the first campground I ever stayed at had a big RV that was more of a "house" (with sleeping and bathrooms). It was a very popular spot. It had a roof, walls and doors.sort of like a real house.

It was also not too big (I think there were 3 people, but it could have been less). We don't go to that type of location now. We stay in sites where campers and RV's don't stick out that much and are more likely to stay in the shadows.

They do have to stay put in some pretty strange places to avoid being caught up by weather.or even just "spatially challenged" as someone might say. I'd love to see one where you have to enter like they used to in the old days or one where you have to enter around two o'clock in the morning.or one where you can't leave until the next day to stay in the sun.

But we've had good experiences at a lot of those locations because of the campground itself. The sites are large (enough for those who want to pull their RVs), you can usually get some shade, and it can be really quiet.

How do I find the value of a RV?

Let's start with the most basic and most fundamental question in all of RVing: What is an RV Value? The answer to this question is, of course, in the eye of the beholder. Some people will consider the quality of their RV, their vehicle, the year of the vehicle, the use they have for their RV, the condition of their RV, the miles it has traveled and many other factors when determining what their RV Value is. Others might find an RV value in the price they pay for the RV or perhaps the type of RV they are looking for. Others might value an RV based on its past or present utility. Many people will use an RV Value to determine how much they can spend for a new RV. Others will use an RV Value as a base to judge how much they want to spend for an RV. Still others will value an RV based on how many miles they travel with their RV. However, the key to determining what an RV Value is, is asking yourself what you are buying when you buy an RV. So, if you are considering buying an RV, what are you buying? Hopefully you have your own personal RV Value.

So, we are looking for a Value of the RV we are buying? Why is that? Isn't that easy? Well, not necessarily, because some RV values are based on a fixed dollar amount, while others are a true value of the RV as determined by market research, history, etc. Here are a few examples of how RV Values have been determined.

Let's start with our own personal RV Value. Many RVers will tell you what their RV Value is. How many RVs are left?

Next is our desire for a certain RV Type. Let's say that I want a Motorhome or Caravanshares RV because these are the types of RVs I like. I'm open to using an RV that has a slide or berth, a motorhome, or a caravan. Here again, if I am buying an RV, what am I buying?

Can I plug my 30 amp RV into my house?

nada rv blue book Can I plug my 30 amp RV into my house?

We are taking a three week trip in July and while my husband will be driving the RV, we will have two 20-year-old boys with us (I work from home). We want them to be able to make use of the RV internet, and I know that we'll need more than our 30 amp RV plugs can provide. Can I run the 30 amps for the duration of the trip? And how much damage can the extension cord do to the house wiring?

Running more than 30 amps over long distances puts a load on the neutral wire that it is not intended to carry and could destroy equipment or cause fire. The most dangerous situation is when a device on the extension cord is damaged or faulty.

Because of this you would better off with an ungrounded 20-amp plug in a 30-amp circuit, which would reduce the load on the neutral by half. You should also consider disconnecting the power and battery ground wires at the box serving the RV and instead grounding the RV wire in a location distant from the house, like 30 feet away.

Help! New electrical outlet installed, how to install a fuse in a 20 amp switch box? This depends on your local code, but there are a number of places to look for answers. These places include the Internet, books, and the codes for your state.

Another question on this type of topic is one asking what size of the wire to use for a new fuse. If you can tell us the size of the copper wire, you'll get a pretty good answer.

Can I still call 911 if I pull over during a tow with my van? No, unless you are in an area with a designated police area where vehicles may be towed or impounded. However, you may have a local ordinance requiring you to stop and render aid or seek medical attention in the event of an accident.

How are auto parts available in Canada and the US? Parts are available in almost every store and department across Canada. Auto parts are much less costly than they are in the US. Parts can range from small items like screwdrivers to the major auto parts, like tires. Most parts can also be purchased online. It's always a good idea to have a phone number to call for your vehicle's auto parts.

What is the best month to buy a RV?

I have been told that this is the best time to buy an RV, because most of the year would be too hot, and it would better to wait. Do you agree? I have spent a few hours on the internet looking at different units, but have yet to find anything that I am fully satisfied with. Any and all advice is appreciated.

Hi! I'd say July-Oct would be a great time to buy. Most people can find a house or apartment to rent through a realtor for half what they would pay to stay in a motorhome. They'll have great locations and not take up valuable room in your drive, too. They're also cheaper to lease through the owner vs. Renting on your own. The big disadvantage, of course, is you won't have access to the RV unless it's sitting in a yard or park. I think May-July is a great time to buy if you already own a vehicle that would tow a motorhome. A lot of manufacturers will let you purchase without a test drive (in some cases, they might offer you one for free), and that eliminates the need for a second vehicle.

There is no hard and fast rule about buying in a certain month of the year. There are lots of advantages for buying in the fall if you can swing it and the RV is well built and reliable.

If you are ready to buy, then when you decide is really up to you. If you are getting anxious, then start looking in February. That's five major repair jobs, which you'll probably do every year or so. You'll also need to replace tires, have something stuck in the snow and repair leaks around the edges of the roof. And you'll need to repair/replace carpet, water damage and other damages as they appear.
