Does anyone know the best car insurance for student drivers? I know that it depends on how young you are and your driving record but if anyone can offer any pointers it would be greatly appreciated.

At a call centre the customer is always right. If they ask for support, and the call is completed without any issues, the customer feels they were put right. It can make a big difference in how the call centre interacts with customers, and how satisfied they are as customers.
Why Call Centres? The call centres that I used to work at had very little interaction with customers beyond sales calls. It was just about filling out the sales calls for which the team were responsible and doing their job as efficiently as possible. However, I remember being amazed at how the same call centre would interact with the customers at each call centre. One was an older lady. I was in the front office with my manager listening to her call when we asked her if she needed anything else before ending the call. She replied, I'd like to talk to that other girl you got in the back!
The other call centre was for an old man who had a long list of problems. We had a list of things to cover for him if were to have another sales call and he sounded annoyed when we finished his call. The problem was, he wasn't finished until I answered all the calls with him for a full shift. In the back we could hear him yelling after we ended the last call, asking why he still wasn't fixed. We had no reason for that, but we did offer the option to give him a call back.
One thing I learned from those call centre jobs was, as long as we had a customer, it was our job to help them as best we could. Not the other way around. The best customer service isn't done from behind glass on a phone - it's helping the customer get the information they need when they need it, even if that doesn't suit us. Customers are not robots. They won't just sit quietly and wait for us to complete a task for them when we aren't trained to do it.

Hi.e. I have a question about Admiral Insurance Company. I work at a company that has a business policy with them for employees and their families. We have all the insurance we need (bodily, medical, disability, etc). But I also have a home insurance policy and I'm not sure if it's with them or if it's through my parents' plan. Do I need to be concerned that I might get cancelled out of their coverage? I think it's called "coverage consolidation." My parents are the only ones in my family and it's just me and my husband and we're not very well-off. I just want to be sure that everything is covered and that I'm not going to get "cancelled out" of their policy.

Not to your immediate concern but they have a huge amount of employees who have no health insurance so they are more than likely not getting the premium discounts you are. The real issue here is if you are a business and you are self-insured. If you insure yourself then if you are self insured then they cancel your policy. If you have a company that is self insured, then they cannot cancel your policy because you are the employer of your employees.
Do you have an agent that represents you and your company? The other thing to know is if your policy is with a commercial insurance carrier, then if you do get cancelled, then they will put you on the open market. You will get a better deal because the agent is getting paid for the cancellation.
Well I know it's a commercial insurance company and I have a commercial policy. It's just that I am so used to working with a broker that I don't know how to do anything on my own. But I do know that if I do need to do something, I can call my agent and he'll do it for me. I have a business insurance policy and I believe that I should be able to use that one to get a better deal.
I have the best insurance coverage I can afford and I'm not really worried about the small amount I would save by canceling my home insurance policy. I have another job where I can afford to cover my mortgage, car payments, etc. And I have a lot of money saved up for a rainy day and for emergencies.
