Who is the parent company for admiral insurance?
Is aviva the same as Admiral?
Can I sue them for the 150,000 worth of property they let me have before I bought it.
I want to know if they have liability insurance in case they let me down when I need their help most. Are they obliged to do this? And if so can I sue them for letting me down. Can you sue for letting you down for not supplying a home when you were ill, or not providing a place to live when you are elderly and very vulnerable. We have an Admiral product installed in the back garden, my neighbours use it to connect their flats for broadband etc. The internet connection works but I do not receive any e-mails, or bills on this number from them. My number is now registered as a blocked number by Aviva, can I reverse this by doing something with the mobile phone number the bill is supposed to come through on. If we can resolve these issues without a solicitor, what would the costs be in that process? Thank you, it is a small matter of money but I am fed up trying to sort it out on my own. Many thanks. Admiral and Aviva are a bit like the blind leading the blind, with nothing to guide them apart from the rules of the game set out in law, and no one who knows how to play the game. In order to be a member of either company, and have their services, all customers must supply a piece of paper called an Identity Document which is a proof of identity supplied by the authorities. They are, in effect, the police and local tax office of your area. They can do very little for you if you are not a member, and your identity is missing or they have no proof of it at all. The Identity Document gives them a list of names, addresses and ID numbers, and whether or not those people have been reported dead and to which department of the state, if any, so they can notify the correct agency when a body is found.
Admiral and Aviva have been set up for members to protect their assets in the event of death, and to make sure that those in charge of disposing of those assets do so lawfully. However, they are in no position to enforce the law or anything else. They are not a law enforcement service as such, although they help the police.
Who is the parent company for admiral insurance?
Does the parent company for admiral insurance also offer admiral health insurance?I live in Canada. I am an ex-emplyee of admiral insurance. I am about to open a business and I would like to offer them a new program. Does their parent company also offer admiral health insurance?
It's worth pointing out that Admiral isn't an insurer. While it may have a very large group policy of its own, it may be a broker and not a producer of policies. So that's what you want to find out before getting sucked into a big-company product that probably won't be there next year or two. You may want to work with a small start up with high ratings that has less financial risk than Admiral. If you really get stuck, search on the forums for "admiral" but they're all over the map! I personally worked for a company that sold products that had the name of admiral on them. They were sold by insurance brokers or direct to consumers from another company. There's a number of companies out there that are not insurance companies.
The answer to your question is yes, you will need to contact Admiral or another broker/insurance company to find out if Admiral does group admiral health insurance. Do not contact Admiral directly to ask them. When dealing with private industry (including insurance) there should be a written contract. The policy holder needs to sign that and send it in with the claim. That will tell you whether or not they will provide the services you need, and it will also specify who the carrier (the carrier is another company that sells policies to people) is, so you can ask them if the carrier is Admiral. That is only true if you are dealing with companies in the US, and that is not necessarily true even then. It depends on how their contract is written with the insurer and whether or not the insured signed a contract with that insurer. You should also check with the insurance commissioner or department that oversees insurance in your state for this information. They will know this information or help you look it up.
It is important for the insurer to know who they are insuring the customer to insure that they know what the customer owns and what the insurer would be responsible for if a claim comes in. You don't want to get insurance you didn't intend for the customer to purchase.
Admiral is not an insurance company.
Is Admiral part of Barclays?
I had a look at Admiral last month. A bit like FTSM they offer a number of very different packages. Admiral is only just getting up to speed but already have an active roster of players. It's got something of a reputation for being a scam-articulated. I haven't had a chance to play it properly but it seems like fun to play.
From the FAQ on the website: Admiral is a simple turn based, tactical, wargame, set in a dystopian future where a faction called the Empires are in conflict with a group of rebels, called Scouts, both of which are in alliance with the alien race called The Guardians. The goal of the game is to gain the maximum score from victory points, with the bonus goals being to control each capital city or City, and to keep your ships on the table for as long as possible.
The game consists of turn based ship movements within a tactical map divided into various zones, allowing a player to see where his ships are and where enemy ships are so that moves can be made to defend areas. The game allows up to 5 ships per empire, each having different classes of ship and the same number of scouts with different powers. The Scouts also come in one of three colors: Green, Red and Yellow.
You can get into the game for free by downloading the mobile app or from their website. Does the new rule regarding the length of time you have before someone has to spend points off the table mean the game has gone down hill for some people? Has anyone still found them after the rule was changed? This is the game that I found so addictive. Now, it's too easy for people to get points off because they take too long to get more points but then they go bankrupt or what have you.
I'm not bothered by the shorter play time, but the fact they seem to have dropped the game on the market at all is a problem. How many new games can they publish in any given year and yet have another game on its way out at the moment? I like playing it, but it needs some serious work to make it worth while to new players.
