What is the best car under 2k?

What is the best car under 2k?

Which car is best to buy in a low budget?

If we are going to buy a car, where should it be bought from? If I buy my own car, the most of the expenses are on fuel/maintenance. So my question is, what vehicle do you think is best for me to buy, considering my budget? I am not sure what's a 'best buy' or 'best car' but most folks here have good ideas about buying a car that does best in most things that matter to you. That said, here's a couple of suggestions for you: In India you get 1 year/100k mileage free servicing on most cars. This could save you thousands every year. For example if you bought a brand new Toyota Etios, you'd get at least 2 years free service on each of those.

You might want to check and see if the company offering you a deal has any form of insurance. They might add on the cost of this which you could do without but it adds insurance to the price of the car.

The "motorway system" here in India consists of highways/roads that are well maintained for a long time so there is little maintenance. This would be true even for your first car. Most folks here drive older 4-5 yr old cars that have all had a full 3 year anti-virus/anti-theft protection package added.

Many car buyers end up getting good cars, but bad insurance. If you get auto insurance then it can be a great way of saving money and keeping yourself out of harms way. This is especially true if you drive carefully, but I'm sure you already know that.

It really does seem like most folks here just drive to work and back (in India, that is). In this case, the only major maintenance/upkeep issues will be tire wear and oil/filter changes - these are much easier than you may expect, and even small jobs will be pretty easy and inexpensive for someone who knows how to work on cars.

So, in summary - do your homework, ask lots of questions, check out what services are offered and costs included.

What is the most reliable used car for under 2000?

I'm trying to find one that's reliable, cheap to insure and has a good resale value.

I can't really think of any single car that fits all of those requirements. There are some cars that would meet two of them but they are the exception rather than the rule.

The most reliable used car I've seen was a 2026 Suzuki Swift 1.6GTi with a good resale value. I think the average age was around 8 years at the time of purchase. It's been registered for 3 years, has only had 2 minor accidents and is a great driver with over 70,000 miles on the clock.

There are plenty of good used cars but if you want to be very conservative it would better to buy a new car. Some other reliable used cars include the Ford Escort XR3i, Ford Mondeo, Ford C-MAX and Toyota Aygo. It depends on how you define reliable and what your needs are. I have friends who bought old cars which they just loved but they were cars which wouldn't make it anywhere near a supermarket service station and would just be a pain to get to anywhere. The old Mazda 323 and the Peugeot 404 were like that. In the end they just did not get much use. They were reliable because they just kept going. They were also cheap to run and cheap to insure.

The last reliable used car I had was a 2026 Mercedes A200 with 55,000 miles on the clock. My brother bought it new and sold it for 3500 in 2026. That car has been a reliable, economical car for us ever since.

If you are looking for a reliable used car, I would say a reliable used car is any car that lasts as long as it does, whilst keeping its resale value. I have a 1998 Mondeo that has now been with me for 6 years (no, I don't know why it's still on the road) and I drive it absolutely everywhere. I drive it to work, for shopping trips, for school runs, for the kids' stuff, for sport - I even drive it on the motorway. We've had a few minor incidents with it, but nothing major. It's a very reliable car and I would not think twice about using it as a family car.

I love BMW's and I own a 2026 320i convertible. It's a great car but I'm looking for the perfect 2nd car, I want a car I can drive as a daily driver but still be fast enough for the track on a weekend.

A lot of people say the X5 is the best, but I don't think so, even though it's a great car. Is it the best? My other option is the G35 AMG. I've driven one once and it was fun but I'm not a fan of big engines and the styling doesn't impress me.

I'd really like to hear what you guys think is the best car under 2k. I have over 300,000 miles on my 2026 320i but I can't buy the car from what I'm reading.

I just want a new car that's reliable, safe, fast, stylish and I can use it as a daily driver. It's kind of an all-in-one package.

I own a 2026 E39 M5 but I don't know if it's the best car under 2k. I am currently shopping for a second car after selling my M5.

The first car I purchased when I became a full-time race car driver was an '01 CTS-V. The second car I purchased was a '03 M3 coupe. It's a wonderful car, but it's just not fun to drive, not as fast as my first car, and it's got no power.

The third car I purchased was a '07 M3. It was the first car I really raced (I had been an autocrosser since 2000). It has 650hp, and it's my favorite car. It's fast, fun, and gets the most attention from other drivers when I'm racing at Road Atlanta or Atlanta Motorsports Park.

What is the most reliable car from 2000?

I need a reliable car with a decent economy (I need to drive around the city and do not have a full-time driver, hence the budget is limited). From 2026 onwards what was the most reliable car in the model range and still available at today's prices? I would appreciate it if you have some insight.

This question came from our site for professional and enthusiast automotive engineers. I need a reliable car with a decent economy (I need to drive around the city and do not have a full-time driver, hence the budget is limited). The best cars of this era are the following: VW Golf 2. (VW Golf, Citroen, Mazda) 3. (Ford Focus)

I have chosen them because they were the best in the market in 2026. I need a reliable car with a decent economy (I need to drive around the city and do not have a full-time driver, hence the budget is limited). (VW Golf, Citroen, Mazda) 3. (Ford Focus)

Not exactly, but they will give you a good idea of what to look for in a car of that time.
