One of the main things that I was thinking of was their online chat support - I thought since you can chat to them online it might mean that they provide live phone-based support 24/7 somewhere in Europe. When I found Staysure's phone numbers, I started reading that there is one-hour phone support available.

Thanks again for the reply. I'm assuming they do have a contact centre and then I'm thinking of how long it will take to speak to someone. From my experience online chat works fine, and you can choose a longer chat with more questions. But maybe it would better to get an agent.

I'm currently checking around to see if there's anywhere else on the net to purchase from. All I had to go on previously was the name of the company and it seemed pretty good.

I have seen it before, where a lady will go into a store. And take pictures or video tape, and she will try to sell it. Later. So, we have tried to explain to them that's not allowed, and to make sure that they are looking around. But, you have to be very careful about the surveillance. Because if you do it too many times, it's illegal.
