How much should I pay for a 2019 Toyota Tacoma?
How much HP does a 4.0 V6 Tacoma have?
It just came off my truck today for the first time and it ran very smooth for the first time in a long time. It had not been driven hard. My other trucks, 4.7 and 5.7V8 do have 4.0 hp but they are more like 4.2 hp with the same size cylinder. Is there any real difference in power between a standard 4 cylinder and a 5. I just don't understand the whole 4/5.7 thing. I like the 5.7 because of how well it turns with my transmission and its torque, but is there much of a real difference between it and a standard 4? The 5.7 has a different motor, different size cylinders and longer stroke that makes it move much further into higher rpm's then the standard 4 makes me wonder.
HP is torque, and since those engines put out more torque than most 4-cylinder pickup trucks, that means they pull more towing capacity (and towing can often be just as important as towing capacity). That doesn't tell the whole story though. The biggest advantage of the V6 over a 4-banger for you would probably be more gas mileage and towing capacity, but if you can't find the money for a bigger engine, the V6 might not be worth it unless you tow and/or haul much more than a normal pickup can. If your budget allows a V8 for your next vehicle, it will make sense that you should go V8 if you are doing more hauling and/or towing on a regular basis.
What is the specs of the 3.5 L Tacoma?
I am interested in the rear bumper only. (Sorry for not saying this before)
The front fascia seems very similar to my new Tacoma. The truck has 2.5 L and 3.5 L 4 cyl's.
The only differences on the back are that the 3.5 gets a more "truck-like" bumper and the 2.5 has a less flashy style. The 3.5 also seems to get better LED turn signals, which is what they were asking about in the OP.
If you are getting the 4 cyl, just look at the sticker, and it will tell you if it is the 2.5 or the 3.5
I don't know if they changed anything but they did add turn signal lights. Also, I have heard a lot of good things about the 3.5, but haven't actually seen one. It would be nice to see how it looks, and if it is worth getting.
I was not really interested in the 4 cyl, just wondering what everyone else thought. I know for a fact that the Toyota 4 cyl gets pretty decent MPG. I was told that the truck should do good for me on gas as long as I don't tow anything, as long as I am not going off-road. I am going to get the truck with the V6 engine, as that's all I want, if you see what I mean.
I think you should go with the 3.5 L engine as well if you want a V6.
On the Tacoma forum, many people seem to be recommending the 3.5 engine. I'm going to wait to hear the opinions from all those who've actually seen a 3.
What year of Tacoma to stay away from?
Recommended Posts. I have been reading the forums for a while and I am thinking about moving to Tacoma. I am trying to decide between 2025, 2025, 2025, 2025, 2025, 2025, 2025, 2025, 2025, 2025, 2025, 2025, 2025, 2025, 2025 and 2025.
Anybody have any idea of the best years to move to Tacoma? Share this post. Link to post. Share on other sites. ? I think most people have pretty much moved out of Tacoma by now. For those that are still in Tacoma, the best years are 2003-2007. Then it really got bad. Not saying that it will get that bad again, but after 2025 it got really bad.
The best years to move in to Tacoma were 2004-2006. The rent was pretty cheap, everything was new, and it wasn't the worst.
I would probably say the last three years. It's safe, the rent is pretty cheap, the jobs are plentiful, and it's not the worst city.
I don't know if you know this, but the city of Tacoma is not "the worst city" in the state. If you want to move somewhere to live, there are plenty of other places in Washington to do so.
