Can you get RAM in the UK?

I live in the UK, and I'm wondering if I can buy the same RAM my brother has in the US. Does anyone have any experience with it? The answer is - yes, you can buy the same RAM your brother has in the US. The name of the RAM (DDR3-1066) on all the RAM modules your brother is using (from Corsair, PNY, G. Skill etc.) and those you have available are identical.

Your question is so much related to the age old UK/US rivalry that I find it difficult to think you actually live in the UK. Do you mean you can get RAM at any of the retailers we all refer to in this forum as UK retailers? If so, great! It was a friendly question to those non-existent Brits and perhaps if you had made it clearer from the off we could have given you some answers that weren't based purely on wishful thinking! If you have any problems with RAM at all then contact your retailer - it should be no problem at all in most cases. And now a word of warning for all non-G1.5 owners: If you buy a RAM module designed for G1.5 systems you will probably end up with a system that's slower than a Celeron or Pentium 3 system because a Celeron or Pentium 3 can use it.

So if you're about to buy a module for 30 or 35 or even 40 then think again because if you want a fast computer you're going to pay more. Unless it's a module with lots of extra features (which are often incompatible with the Celeron or Pentium 3) it's better to spend that extra 5-10 and buy a module that only goes up to 2GHz.

If you're looking for high performance you really need to use a G1. As an aside I note that you say your DDR3-1066 modules are DDR3-1280 or 1 GB modules. That's a very big step forward. A very big step backwards however is going from two sticks of 1 GB modules to 4, if you take the four into account they each have only 256 MB of RAM.

How Much Money Would You Save By Buying Used? Since we know the average new price, we can calculate the value of the RAM 1500 if you purchased one at auction instead of new. Is the RAM 1500 a good truck to buy?

Here's a truck I'm curious about, and if it's any good.

This post has been sitting in my notes section for quite some time now. It's a bit of a complicated subject to me and very many truck-oriented readers because it's always tricky for me to define exactly what exactly 'good' is. You say Toyota hasn't built good trucks for a decade? And yet they build great ones. You said Chrysler will never build a pickup? They did! You don't have money for anything fancy? Buy Ford. Do you want to save money or actually have fun on the road? Honda! But if you are a Toyota guy then there's a reason why the RAM 1500 is the one you are probably asking about in this article. ? So that's what we will be answering this all-encompassing question with. We'll examine its interior, exterior, its fuel economy, the technology on the inside, exterior and even the price.

If you have read our full-page review of the 2025 Toyota Tundra (which you should, it was awesome), then I am sure you'll understand exactly where my interest in the 2025 Toyota RAM 1500 comes from, but basically the RAM 1500 is the slightly more affordable Tundra option and while I really liked the Tundra's size and interior, it didn't have much in the way of extra tech other than a rearview camera (which I love) and it also had the lower starting price. You can see our review for the base 2025 Tundra here.

Let's dive right into the nitty-gritty of the 2025 RAM 1500 though: it comes as a standard crew cab 44 version, a 42 'short wheelbase' 4WD only V6/FlexFuel model as well as a long wheelbase model with the available 5.7L V8 Flex Fuel, but let's start with the 2nd generation 'big banger' 3.5L V6 since, first and foremost, it is cheaper and a hell of a lot more fun to drive.

RAM 2500: 4.
