What car gets 70 mpg?
What car gets 70 mpg?
I had a friend who drove a 1988 Toyota Landcruiser for a while, and I think that it averaged at least 70mpg. This was in the days when there were no computerized fuel economy monitors. The car would simply register the miles per gallon it was getting on its odometer.
I'm curious to know what kind of car today averages 70mpg. I'd be tempted to go with a Toyota, but I'm not sure if that's the kind of car that you'd get 70mpg from.
You might want to get yourself one of those little computers that people mount on their dashboard. They are really cool. They are cheap and easy to set up and connect, and they give you lots of information about the efficiency of your vehicle. If you get one of those, you'll know where your car is on the mileage spectrum.
As for getting 70mpg, I don't know. My little Toyota Tercel averages about 46mpg.
I do know that my Honda Civic has gotten to about 50mpg. I think that this number is close to what my car will average in mixed driving conditions.
I don't know if this kind of mileage is normal for a non-hybrid car. My Prius only gets 30mpg. Maybe the Prius has better gas mileage than my Civic, or maybe the Civic is just an oddball.
Anyway, I'm going to call the Honda dealership today to find out what kind of mileage I should be getting on the highway.
What is the most reliable used car for under 3000?
I was going to get a new car but my budget is not that big. I need a car that I can afford and reliable. I have found a car but it has got a problem. It has a dent on the right side. I can repair it but I don't want it to affect my credit score. I don't want a car that I will have to pay for any kind of damage. I'm looking for a reliable used car that's not expensive. I'm from San Antonio, TX.
If you are looking for a reliable used car, then you should be looking for a car that has great fuel economy and a lot of mileage. If you have a small budget, then you should be looking for a car that has a high number of miles per gallon. But if you have a higher budget, then you should be looking for a car that has high gas mileage.
The best used car is a Honda Accord Hybrid. Honda's don't fail. They're reliable. They're affordable. They're fun to drive. They get great mileage. They're easy to fix.
Can I get a good car for 3000?
I'm looking at a 2024 Grand Am. The thing is, I live in a state with no car inspection. It's pretty much up to the car. I just have a couple questions.
The only thing I really want to do with it is play it around, and the only real way to do that is to make sure it runs good. ? Any suggestions for me? Thanks in advance! My 2024 ATS, like many of the ATS's, isn't that great with respect to gas mileage. On the other hand, mine also has about 80K miles on it and is in perfect running condition. With the low mileage, it will definitely sell for more money than it costs to own. You could probably find a better price on it if you looked around, but my only problem is that it is not an enthusiast-type vehicle (ie, it's not fast and fastidious).
There is no such thing as "enough diesel fuel." "I don't need any more evidence that I'm supposed to go to the moon. The president has said that we're going to the moon." -- Bill Clinton
"Anyone can make it look good, but there is nobody that can make it run good." -- Frank D. Roosevelt
I can help you. My local Auto Zone (in San Diego) has a '73 AMX, in great shape, that is the same color as yours. It has the same white top that yours has, except it does not have the sunroof, and is in great shape. They don't know anything about AMXs or Grand Am's. If you tell them you are looking for a daily driver that has the AMX look, you may get a deal that is better than what I got.
It was in a parking lot in front of the store.
What is the cheapest most reliable car to run?
I'm planning on getting my first car soon. I'm a college student and don't have much money to buy a car, but I'm still looking for an economical car that runs well and gets decent gas mileage. I live in a really cold part of Michigan, so low fuel consumption is important. It's also important for the car to be reliable. I don't want to spend time or money fixing a car that needs to be replaced. So far, I'm thinking about a base model Honda Accord. I'll probably get the most gas mileage, but I'm not sure if it will be reliable.
I was wondering what everyone else's thoughts are about the cheapest reliable cars? What would you all recommend? I live in a cold part of Michigan so I need a reliable car that can go a long time without needing gas. Re: ? I wouldn't look at a base model Accord. The other models are the EX-L, and the V6. The EX-L is the biggest, heaviest, and most expensive, while the V6 is the most reliable. I know it's a pain for a college student, but you might be able to get a good deal on an '04 Civic or '06 Civic, and they're the same price. The Civic is a lot of fun to drive, and a great commuter.
However, if you want to save money, get an '06 Civic V6. The previous model had a few problems with their suspension. And with an engine that size, it's a good deal.
But I'd only go with a base model Accord if you had a really good deal. I would suggest a VW Passat. It is very reliable, and it will save you money. The only other thing that matters is how much gas it gets.
Thanks for the advice guys. I was looking at the vw passat but it seemed pretty expensive.
