Latest reviews. I contacted Chris to enquire about buying a 1.6 litre, 6spd diesel hatch. Chris had done some research for me to establish the car was a fair drive away as he did not want my first impressions to be distorted by a negative first look at the car. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received. It was a pleasure to do business with Chris and now I have bought my car I'm planning to get it serviced etc.

I took my 2023 Peugeot for its first service after purchase and after I was told I needed new tires and it wouldn't pass MOT I decided to take it in. I couldn't complain as it seemed a lot less than they charged at a garage for a bigger car. I have never had a complaint with XGM about their services

I bought a Ford Escort from Chris in July, and I can honestly say he has been most outstanding in this respect: nothing better in terms of customer service anywhere near as good anywhere in this great country of ours, except perhaps here at XGM. Chris really knows his stuff and he is a pleasure to be with - a credit to XGM Cars Ltd. And well worth going out of your way to get to know.

There was a bit of confusion initially about selling a Ford to someone who hadn't owned a Ford before. I managed to avoid that.
