UK's 'cheapest new car' launched

European car manufacturer Dacia has launched the Sandero, and is marketing it as the 'cheapest car available on finance' in the UK.

The Dacia Sandero is a budget model supermini, available at prices starting at £69 per month on finance. The Dacia is available for order through many dealership networks nationwide, with a deposit of £100, which is refundable. At these prices, Dacia are targeting the Sandero Access at individuals and families who are looking at cutting the cost of their motoring. It is available through a personal contract purchase agreement (Dacia Dimensions), with a typical interest rate of 9.4%. Other offers available are an initial deposit of £1,845, followed by monthly payments of £69 for four years; also available is an initial deposit of £699, then monthly payments of £99, with a 9.9% APR.

The Sandero, along with the Dacia Duster, are due to be shipped to customers early on in the new year. It comes complete with a three year and 60,000 mile warranty as standard. This warranty can be extended at a modest fee.
