The engine sounds like it's being throttled back constantly, even with the nine-speed auto. That's fine for trips up here, but in Boston traffic it feels as though the engine is always revving to redline. If you want a six-cylinder with the same refinement, get the Honda Civic.

The Camry's cabin is full of nice touches. The seats are deep enough for all but short people.
