Aixam is a small little known French Motor Manufacturer who started production of their no license cars in 1983. They have grown in a short time to become Europe's largest manufacturer of no-license cars or quadricycles.
In 1992 they launched a new range the 'mega' which was built to demonstrate Aixam's technology and to compete with some of the best with engines supplied by their European neighbours Mercedes. They put together a sports Car that was powered by the Mercedes V12 engined four wheel drive. With the Mega range they managed to get 3 victories in the 'Andros Trophy' and a second place in the infamous Paris-Dakar Rally.
1997 saw the launch of the Aixam Revolution which was a leader in it's class for safety and quietness.
2003 saw the company launch a range of small commercial vehicle with a range of body options, ideally suited for use in our modern cities and communities.
With modern day traffic congestion in our cities and the rising costs of fuel companies like Aixam will go from strength to strength.
