Mitsubishi cars are the car building arm of the giant Mitsubushi Corporation who are involved in making just about everything electronic, industrial or otherwise.

Their philosophy and the thing that has helped make Mitsubushi so big is that they have always sought out joint ventures and partnerships with other companies, allowing them to advance faster than most. This philosophy was started by it's founder and is still the same way they work today.

Such partnerships have seen them working with other industry big names such as Ford, Volvo and Chrysler amongst others. Their 4 wheel drives system and engines are sought after by many companies.

The modern Mitsubushi range has a mix of everything from high powered sports vehicles to very off-road capable SUV's. In recent years they have had some great successes in the motor sport arena particularly in arduous off road competitions such as the Paris-Dakar Rally and the world rally championship, proving them as reliable and robust vehicles.

Latest review of a Mitsubishi vehicle (Shogun)

Offers pretty decent off-road performance, and build quality is high, giving great practicality. However it can be rather slow and noisy, and handling leaves a lot to be desired.
