Chevrolet have over the years been known for their American muscle cars and in particular the Chevy V8 engine that grew to fame from within them. Chevy V8 engines are a big favourite with hot rod builders and many heavily modded motor sport classes. This classic engine design has lasted since it's inception in 1955, of course the engine nowadays is very different but the basic design concept remains.

Chevrolet has a log history in North America and in Canada that has seen many upheavals in it's time. With it's founder merging Chevrolet with General Motors in 1917 and it's founder William Durant became president of GM and the biggest share holder of the company.

Nowadays Chevrolet remains part of the giant car manufacturer General Motors Company and the Chevrolet range is it's biggest seller and a household name in North America and around many parts of the world.

There current line up ranges from small city type cars all the way through to it's middle weight commercials, of which their range of pickup trucks are always very popular.
